Good, healthy cooking takes time and effort and all the right ingredients. 100 Bowls of Soup LLC is a catering company, specializing in nutritious and delicious soups, stews and sauces made from the finest and freshest ingredients. All of our recipes include homemade broths and stocks made from organic meats and fresh vegetables. Where possible we buy our ingredients from local farmers based on seasonal availability. Our soups and sauces are low in fat and sodium. We offer vegetarian, gluten free soups and made to order soups that meet your specific dietary needs.
Our story is full of stock
There is nothing like the smell of fresh stock simmering on the stovetop. Good, wholesome, fresh stock is the basis of all our soups. For some, stock and broth is a light meal, nutritious and warm, sipped slowly from a cup or mug. For us, it is just the beginning. Each morning we begin cooking the chicken stock, beef stock and all-vegetable broth from fresh and organic ingredients. We let the stock simmer for several hours while we prepare ingredients for our soups.
