| Soups |
Beef Borscht. A hearty soup, perfect as a meal in itself. Serve with sour cream and fresh dill. Ingredients: Organic beef, onions, red beets, carrots, cabbage, bay leaf, garlic, dill seeds, fresh parsley and dill, balsamic vinegar, vegetable oil, sea salt and black pepper.

Beef Chili. A hearty meal for any occasion. Serve with grated cheese, scallions, salsa, tortilla chips and sour cream. Ground beef, onions, garlic, chili powder, oregano, cumin, red pepper, tomato paste, sea salt, red beans.

Chicken Soup with Noodles or Farina Dumplings. Generous portions of chicken, and vegetables with your choice of noodles (rice or egg) or farina dumplings in our nourishing chicken stock. Serve with fresh parsley. Ingredients: Chicken, celery, carrots, sea salt and your choice of rice noodles (rice and water), egg noodles (wheat, eggs, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid) or farina dumplings (wheat farina, wheat germ, disodium phosphate), chicken stock (see below) with red pepper and tomatoes added to stock.

Ginger Carrot. Fresh ginger and lemon add tangy zest to this light pureed soup. Ingredients: Carrots, onions, leeks, olive oil, celery, vegetable broth (see below), sweet potatoes, fresh ginger, fresh lemon, cream, pepper, sea salt.

Hearty Lentil. A warm and hearty soup, perfect as a meal in itself. Ingredients: Onions, leeks, olive oil, lentils, celery, carrot, garlic, bay leaf, chicken stock (see below), lemon, sea salt, black pepper.

Leek and Potato. Also known as Vichyssoise, this light creamy soup is just as tasty warm as cold. Serve with cream and garnish with chives. Ingredients: Leeks, potatoes, butter, chicken stock (see below), cream, pepper, sea salt.

Mushroom Barley. Barley adds texture to this rich, thick and flavorful soup made with our beef stock base. Serve with a swirl of sour cream or yogurt and fresh thyme. Ingredients: Porcini and portobello mushrooms, olive oil, butter, leeks, shallots, garlic, beef stock (see below), thyme, cream, barley, pepper, sea salt.

Roasted Butternut Squash. Add a swirl of cream or yogurt or a drizzle of olive oil when serving and garnish with fresh chives. Ingredients: Butternut squash, shallots, vegetable oil, chicken stock (see below), cider vinegar, cream, ground nutmeg, pepper, sea salt.

Roasted Red Pepper Soup. Roasted red peppers give this pureed soup its distinct flavor and beautiful color. Serve with fresh basil. Ingredients: Red peppers, sweet potatoes, leeks, carrots, olive oil, vegetable broth, garlic, rosemary, thyme, parsley, pepper, sea salt.

Spicy Sweet Potato. This creamy soup is bursting with spice and flavor. Serve with fresh cilantro or roasted pumpkin seeds. Ingredients: Sweet potatoes, onion, garlic, carrots, celery, cumin seeds, chili powder, fresh ginger, vegetable broth, dried chipotle, lemon juice, sea salt, pepper.

Split Pea. A classic thick and satisfying soup, with a scallion and parsley pesto. Serve with bacon bits or croutons. Ingredients: Split peas, carrots, celery, onions, olive oil, chicken stock (see below), butter, thyme, parsley, scallions, pepper, sea salt.

Vegetable Bean and Barley. A simple, healthy vegetarian soup. Ingredients: White bean, onions, celery, carrots, olive oil, vegetable broth, barley, diced tomatoes, basil, oregano, thyme, bay leaf, pepper, sea salt.

Vegetarian Black Bean. Cumin, lime juice and a dash of jalapeno give this hearty bean soup its distinct and spicy flavor. Serve with a swirl of sour cream or yogurt and fresh cilantro. Ingredients: Black beans, onions, garlic, olive oil, red pepper, diced tomatoes, jalapeno pepper, cumin, coriander, thyme, oregano, lime juice, bay leaf, sea salt, black pepper.

Vegetarian Butternut Squash. A light and creamy puree, this soup makes a perfect first course or light lunch. Add a swirl of cream or yogurt when serving and garnish with fresh chives. Ingredients: Butternut squash, onions, leeks, butter, vegetable broth (see below), potatoes, paprika, cream, white pepper, sea salt.

Vegetarian Curry Lentil. A warm and hearty soup, perfect as a meal in itself. Ingredients: Onions, leeks, olive oil, lentils, celery, carrot, garlic, curry powder, bay leaf, vegetable broth (see below), lemon, sea salt, black pepper.

White Bean and Fennel. A warm and thick bean soup with a strong fennel (anise) flavor and a scallion and parsley pesto. Serve with parmesan cheese. Ingredients: White beans, olive oil, onion, carrots, leeks, garlic, fresh fennel (anise), fennel seed, cabbage, vegetable broth, bay leaf, sea salt, black pepper, scallions, parsley.

Beef Stock. Ingredients: Organic beef bones (rib and marrow), vegetable oil, tomato paste, onions, celery, carrots, garlic, red wine, parsley, thyme, bay leaf and black peppercorns.

Chicken Stock. Ingredients: Organic chicken backs and necks, onion, carrots, celery, vegetable oil, parsley, thyme, bay leaf and black peppercorns.

Vegetable Broth. Ingredients: Onion, leeks, carrots, celery, red pepper, tomatoes, olive oil, garlic cloves, parsley, thyme, bay leaf and black peppercorns.

A note about our ingredients: We use organic meats and as many organic vegetables and herbs as we can find.
