Cooking classes

We are happy to be able to offer cooking classes in our kitchen after a long hiatus. Our chefs are excited to share their love of food, knowledge of ingredients, and simple techniques for creating delicious meals

The Art of Stir-Frying, Saturday June 22nd 11:30 am-1:30 pm.

Stir-fry is the ultimate one-pan dish, and any combination of ingredients can be used to create a stir-fry. This class will show you how to prepare highly flavorful, healthy meals using simple stir-frying techniques. You will also learn how to choose a pan that works best for stir-frying – you do not need a wok! Learn about the “velveting” technique as well as many other valuable tips for successful stir frying so that you can avoid soggy vegetables. This class will be part demonstration and part hands on. Participants will stir-fry a variety of different proteins, vegetables and gluten-free noodles and enjoy lunch at the end of the class. All recipes will be provided.
